TERMS AND CONDITIONS

for The Launch Your Box Summit

Effective Date: March 30th, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your registration for and participation in The Launch Your Box Summit (“Summit”), a 3-day virtual event hosted by Launch Your Box with Sarah Williams (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for the Summit (free or paid All-Access Pass), you agree to these Terms, which supplement and form part of the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on https://www.launchyourboxwithsarah.com. In the event of any conflict, these Summit-specific Terms control for the duration of the Summit.

 

1. Summit Access

  • Free Registration: Grants you access to the pre-recorded speaker presentations only on their scheduled day during the 3-day Summit. Once each day ends, that day’s presentations will no longer be available to free registrants.
  • All-Access Pass: Purchase of the paid All-Access Pass grants you replay access to all presentations and any advertised bonus materials for the period specified at the time of purchase.
  • Access is personal, non-transferable, and for your individual use only. Sharing login details or access links is strictly prohibited.  

 

2. Intellectual Property & Content License

All presentations, videos, materials, and content (“Summit Content”) are protected by copyright and are the property of the respective speakers, us, or our licensors.

We (and the speakers) grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Summit Content solely during the permitted access window (daily for free registrants; replay window for All-Access Pass holders) for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not record, download, copy, reproduce, distribute, share, stream, screenshot, or create derivative works from any Summit Content. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate revocation of access and may lead to legal action.

This supplements Section 1 and 2 of our general Terms of Use.

 

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your access links or credentials with anyone.
  • Record, capture, or redistribute any part of the Summit (including screen recording).
  • Use the Summit for any commercial purpose or to promote competing offers without our written consent.
  • Engage in harassing, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.

We reserve the right to revoke your access without refund if these rules are violated.

 

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellation (All-Access Pass Only)

Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds for the All-Access Pass. All sales are final (consistent with our general Refund Policy).

If you experience technical issues receiving access, please email sarahsteam@launchyourbox.com within 48 hours of purchase. We respond within 2 business days (emails are not answered on weekends or holidays).

 

5. Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify speakers, schedule, or content. In the event we must cancel the Summit or any portion due to technical issues, illness, or force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent access or a partial credit toward future offerings, at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any other losses.

 

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Summit and all Content are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Speakers’ opinions are their own and not necessarily endorsed by us. We do not guarantee any specific results from the information presented.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Company nor any speakers shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the Summit. This aligns with and supplements Section 9 of our general Terms of Use

 

7. Privacy

Your use of the Summit is also governed by our Privacy Policy (https://www.launchyourboxwithsarah.com/pages/privacy-policy), which we incorporate here by reference.

 

8. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, consistent with our general Terms. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts in Wichita Falls, Texas.

We may update these Terms; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

By registering for the Summit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

PRIVACY POLICY ADDENDUM

for The Launch Your Box Summit

Effective Date: March 30th, 2026

This Addendum supplements our general Privacy Policy at https://www.launchyourboxwithsarah.com/pages/privacy-policy and applies specifically to The Launch Your Box Summit.

 

Information We Collect for the Summit

When you register (free or All-Access Pass), we collect your name, email address, and any other information you voluntarily provide. For All-Access Pass purchases, payment information is processed securely by our third-party processor (we do not store full credit card details).

We also collect standard usage data (IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed) to deliver access links and improve the event.

 

How We Use Summit Information

  • To send you daily access links and communications about the Summit.
  • To deliver replay access and bonuses to All-Access Pass holders.
  • To communicate updates, reminders, and (with your consent) future offers from Launch Your Box.
  • For internal analytics and to prevent abuse of the access system.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with trusted service providers (e.g., email platform, payment processor, virtual event host) who are contractually required to protect it.

 

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from Summit or marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing sarahsteam@launchyourbox.com.

For requests to access, correct, or delete your information related to the Summit, email sarah@framedbysarah.com with the subject line “Summit Privacy Request.”

All other provisions of our general Privacy Policy (cookies, third-party links, opt-out, data security, etc.) continue to apply.
